The S&S Diesel Motorsport LML-CP3-CARB CP4 to CP3 Conversion Kit replaces the factory Bosch CP4.2 high-pressure fuel pump on compatible 2011–2016 Chevrolet and GMC 6.6L LML Duramax trucks with a Bosch CP3 high-pressure fuel pump.

An internal CP4.2 failure can introduce metal debris into the high-pressure fuel system, potentially contaminating the injectors, fuel rails, fuel lines, and other fuel-system components.
