Shipping Policy

High Torque Diesel LLC ships products to customers using available carriers and shipping services.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary depending on inventory, supplier availability, order size, or verification needs.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supplier delays, or other issues outside our control.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the customer using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. High Torque Diesel LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, the customer may need to contact the carrier. We will help when possible, but carrier issues may be outside our control.

Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage. Damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Freight or Oversized Items

Large, heavy, or oversized items may require freight shipping. Freight shipments may have different delivery times, costs, and inspection requirements.
