The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a direct in-tank replacement designed for compatible 2011–2024 Ram 4500 and Ram 5500 Cab & Chassis trucks equipped with the 6.7L 24-valve Cummins and the factory midship 22-gallon fuel tank.
The PowerFlo replaces the original in-tank lift-pump assembly while retaining the factory fuel lines, water-in-fuel sensor, fuel heaters, and related factory fuel-system connections.
Its dual-gerotor design provides increased fuel-flow capacity for stock and modified applications. Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower.

Direct In-Tank Replacement
The PowerFlo Lift Pump installs in the factory fuel-tank opening and is designed to retain the original fuel-system connections.
Because the pump uses the factory tank opening, installation does not require cutting the fuel tank for a sump or installing a separate draw straw.
Dual Gerotor Pump Design
The PowerFlo uses two gerotor-style pumps to increase fuel-flow capacity and provide additional pumping capability compared with the original factory lift-pump arrangement.
Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower when properly installed and matched to the vehicle’s fuel-system requirements.
Active Fill Bucket
The active fill bucket is designed to keep fuel around the pump assembly and help reduce fuel-starvation concerns sometimes associated with external draw straws and tank sumps.
This integrated design supports consistent fuel delivery while retaining an in-tank pickup.
Aftermarket Fuel-System Capability
The pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4″-16 threads.
This allows the PowerFlo assembly to be used with certain aftermarket fuel lines, filters, and custom fuel-system configurations.
