Fleece Performance PowerFlo In-Tank Lift Pump for 2011–2024 Dodge/Ram 6.7L Cummins
The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a direct in-tank replacement designed for compatible 2011–2024 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L 24-valve Cummins.
This pump replaces the factory in-tank lift-pump assembly while retaining the original fuel lines, factory water-in-fuel sensor, factory fuel heater, and fuel-level sending functions.
The dual-gerotor design provides increased fuel-flow capability for stock and modified Cummins applications. Fleece Performance rates the PowerFlo system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower, including certain dual-CP3 configurations.

Direct In-Tank Replacement
The PowerFlo Lift Pump installs in the original fuel-tank opening and is designed to retain the factory fuel-system connections.
Because the system uses the original tank opening, installation does not require cutting the tank for a sump or adding a separate draw straw.
Dual Gerotor Pump Design
The PowerFlo uses two gerotor-style pumps to increase fuel-flow capacity and provide additional pumping capability over the original factory lift pump.
Fleece Performance rates the system for stock and modified applications producing up to 800 horsepower, including certain dual-CP3 fuel-system configurations.
Active Fill Bucket
The active fill bucket is designed to maintain fuel around the pump assembly and help reduce fuel-starvation concerns commonly associated with high-flow draw straws and external tank sumps.
This design supports consistent fuel delivery without requiring an external pickup system.
Aftermarket Fuel-System Capability
The pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4″-16 threads.
This allows the PowerFlo assembly to be used with certain aftermarket fuel lines, filters, and custom fuel-system configurations.

- 2020 and Newer 50-Gallon Tank: Not compatible with trucks equipped with the factory-installed 50-gallon fuel-tank option
