Fleece Performance PowerFlo In-Tank Lift Pump for 2004.5–2007 Chevrolet/GMC Duramax 6.6L
The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a direct in-tank fuel-supply upgrade designed for compatible 2004.5–2007 Classic Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax.
The PowerFlo supplies positive fuel pressure to the CP3 injection pump, helping reduce strain on the high-pressure pump while supporting stock and modified Duramax applications.
Its dual-gerotor design provides increased fuel-flow capacity while retaining the factory fuel lines and an integrated in-tank installation. Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower.

Direct In-Tank Replacement
The PowerFlo Lift Pump installs in the factory fuel-tank opening and retains the original fuel-line connections.
This integrated design avoids the need for an external tank sump or separate draw-straw pickup.
Dual Gerotor Pump Design
The PowerFlo uses two gerotor-style pumps to increase fuel-flow capacity and provide dependable fuel delivery for stock and modified Duramax applications.
Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower when properly installed and matched to the vehicle’s fuel requirements.
Active Fill Bucket
The active fill bucket is designed to keep fuel around the pump assembly and help reduce fuel-starvation concerns sometimes associated with high-flow draw straws and external sumps.
This design supports a more consistent fuel supply while retaining an in-tank pickup arrangement.
Aftermarket Fuel-System Capability
The pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4″-16 threads.
This allows the PowerFlo assembly to be used with certain aftermarket fuel lines, filters, and custom fuel-system configurations.
