Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump for 2011–2016 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L — Long Bed
The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a direct in-tank fuel-system upgrade designed for compatible 2011–2016 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke and a long-bed fuel-tank configuration.
This kit replaces the factory in-tank sending unit and original frame-mounted pump and filter assembly. It includes the PowerFlo lift pump, a new frame-mounted filter base, Donaldson fuel filter, water-in-fuel sensor, wiring components, tank O-ring, and required mounting hardware.
The plug-and-play design retains the factory fuel lines, wiring connections, water-in-fuel monitoring, and diagnostic functionality without requiring cutting, splicing, or modification of the factory fuel tank.

Direct In-Tank Replacement
The PowerFlo assembly installs in the factory fuel-tank opening and retains the original fuel lines and water-in-fuel monitoring system.
The included frame-mounted filter base installs in the original filter-housing location, helping maintain an organized installation without requiring extensive changes to the factory fuel system.
Dual Gerotor Pump Design
The PowerFlo uses two quiet gerotor-style pumps to increase fuel-flow capacity and provide additional pumping capability compared with the original factory lift-pump arrangement.
Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower when properly installed and matched to the truck’s fuel-system requirements.
Active Fill Bucket
The active fill bucket is designed to keep fuel around the pump assembly and help reduce fuel-starvation concerns at lower fuel levels.
This integrated design eliminates the need for an external tank sump or draw straw while retaining an in-tank fuel pickup.
Aftermarket Fuel-System Compatibility
The pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4″-16 threads, allowing the PowerFlo assembly to be used with certain custom fuel-line configurations.
