Product Overview
Banks Power Monster-Ram® Intake and Killer Grid Heater Upgrade for 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins
The Banks Power Monster-Ram® is a direct-fit intake elbow replacement designed for compatible 2019–2024 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine, including dual-alternator applications.
The Monster-Ram® is built to eliminate the failure-prone factory grid heater by replacing it with a Banks high-flow intake plate and coil heater — removing the source of a well-documented factory failure point while improving airflow, throttle response, and fuel economy. It is the only 50-state emissions-compliant RAM intake elbow on the market.
Key Features
- Eliminates Factory Grid Heater Failure Risk: Replaces the OEM grid heater — a documented source of engine damage — with a Banks high-flow intake plate.
- Improved Airflow: Outflows the stock intake elbow by over 88.3%.
- Quicker Throttle Response: Reduced intake restriction improves engine responsiveness.
- Improved Fuel Efficiency: Optimized air pressure and distribution support better economy.
- Raises Boost Without Added Backpressure: Increases boost potential without raising turbine drive pressure.
- 50-State Emissions Compliant: CARB Executive Order D-161-170. Retains all factory emissions equipment.
- Triple Heat Capable: Includes a 750-watt Banks coil heater, with the option to upgrade to 2,250 watts.
- Stock Mounting Points: Accommodates factory mounting locations for a clean installation.
