Fleece Performance PowerFlo Fuel System Upgrade Kit for 1998.5–2002 Dodge/Ram 5.9L VP44 Cummins
Upgrade the fuel supply system on your 1998.5–2002 Dodge/Ram 2500 or Ram 3500 equipped with the 5.9L 24-valve VP44 Cummins using the Fleece Performance PowerFlo Fuel System Upgrade Kit.
This complete kit includes the components needed to route, pump, filter, and supply fuel to the engine. It also includes a replacement sending unit and float to help restore proper fuel-gauge operation.
The PowerFlo Lift Pump is an in-tank replacement designed to provide increased fuel flow while retaining an installation layout similar to the original equipment system. Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower when properly selected and installed.

Direct In-Tank Fitment
The PowerFlo Lift Pump is designed to install in the factory fuel-tank location without drilling a sump opening, cutting the tank, or adding an external draw-straw system.
This approach can simplify installation while maintaining an integrated in-tank fuel-supply layout.
Dual Gerotor Pump Design
The PowerFlo system uses two gerotor-style pumps to increase fuel-flow capacity and provide additional pumping capability compared with the original factory lift-pump arrangement.
Fleece Performance rates the system for applications producing up to 800 horsepower, including certain dual-CP3 configurations.
Active Fill Bucket
The active fill bucket is designed to maintain fuel around the pump assembly and help reduce the fuel-starvation concerns sometimes associated with high-flow draw straws or tank sumps.
This design helps support consistent fuel delivery at lower tank levels without requiring an external sump.
