Fleece Performance Cheetah® HX35 Turbocharger for 1994–2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins
The Fleece Performance Cheetah® HX35 Turbocharger is engineered as a direct, stock-appearing replacement for the factory turbocharger on compatible 1994–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine, covering both 12-valve and VP44 24-valve applications.
Unlike upgrade turbos that require an additional adaptation kit, the Cheetah® HX35 is designed to bolt directly into the factory location while offering significantly more capability than the factory unit.
Built around Fleece Performance’s exclusive 63mm Forged Milled Wheel (FMW) compressor technology and an Inconel turbine wheel, the Cheetah® HX35 is designed to deliver smooth throttle response and strong top-end power.

For optimal performance, this HX35 turbocharger is recommended for use alongside additional fueling upgrades. For MY1998.5–2002 applications specifically, higher-output injectors and an upgraded lift pump are required to achieve optimal performance.
