Fleece Performance PowerFlo In-Tank Lift Pump for 2011–2016 Chevrolet/GMC LML Duramax 6.6L — Short Bed
The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a direct in-tank fuel-supply upgrade designed for compatible 2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax and a 6.5-foot short bed.
From the factory, the LML fuel system relies on suction from the CP4 injection pump to draw fuel from the tank. The PowerFlo supplies positive fuel pressure to the CP4, helping reduce inlet-side strain while providing dependable fuel delivery for stock and modified applications.
The dual-gerotor design provides increased fuel-flow capacity while retaining the factory fuel lines and an integrated in-tank installation. Fleece Performance rates the system to support applications producing up to 800 horsepower.

Direct In-Tank Replacement

Active Fill Bucket
The active fill bucket is designed to maintain fuel around the pump assembly and help reduce fuel-starvation concerns sometimes associated with high-flow draw straws and external tank sumps.
This design supports a consistent fuel supply while retaining an integrated in-tank pickup.
Aftermarket Fuel-System Capability
The pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4″-16 threads.
This allows the PowerFlo assembly to be used with certain aftermarket fuel lines, filters, and custom fuel-system configurations.
Recommended Auxiliary Heated Fuel Filter
Fleece Performance recommends pairing the PowerFlo Lift Pump with its Auxiliary Heated Fuel Filter Kit, part number FPE-DMAX-HFFBA-1116.
The auxiliary kit replaces the factory fuel-filter housing with a new filter base that includes a high-flow fuel heater, water-in-fuel sensor, and Donaldson spin-on filter. The updated base mounts in the factory location and can provide added cold-weather fuel-system support.
