Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Installed or used parts
• Damaged parts caused by customer handling or installation
• Electrical parts that have been opened or installed
• Special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom items
• Items missing original packaging or components
• Parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Return Approval

Customers must contact High Torque Diesel LLC before returning any item. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Refunds
